This luxury villa was designed by internationally recognized Dick Clark Architectural Design. Located overlooking one of many lakes on the world-class Arnold-Palmer-designed Lakecliff Golf club. Sitting in the beautiful serene Texas Hill County on one of the most delightful lakes in Central Texas, Lake Travis, which wonders through the hills for 77 miles. Temperature is enjoyable year around. This villa has been professionally decorated by a Dallas, Texas designer. The villa contains 3 Private Suites each with a private full bathroom (King/Queen/2 Twin Trundles). Sleeps 6-8 people. Enjoy the large closets and upgraded appliance package in a kitchen that boasts a center island with a wine rack. There are two dining areas and a large open living room with a big screen TV. There are TV’s in all the bedrooms as well. The extra-large utility room has a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is also an additional powder bath for guests and an office for occasional communication to the outside world. Massage Table is on-site so you may have one of our licensed massage therapists come directly to the villa for a relaxing massage. Sit on your back patio or grill your dinner while watching a tennis match on one of the 3 Grand Slam surfaces at the renowned Lakecliff Racquet Club. Lakecliff Racquet Club is host to grass, red clay and 5 hard-surface world-class tennis courts with regulation lighting. Enjoy the fitness center that is located on the second floor of the Lakecliff Racquet Club Pro Shop. Fitness center is open 24/7. Rates 2 Night Minimum Stay Required $50.00 Damage Deposit Insurance Fee & $25.00 Reservation Fee is charged with each reservation (this is a FEE for the insurance & reservation processing & is NON-REFUNDABLE) 6% State Room Tax will be added to rates. Linens, Towels, Paper Products, Half (1/2) of the Total Reservation Amount plus the $50 Damage Deposit Insurance & $25 Reservation Fee is due when reservation form is submitted.
